  • Financial Report Preparation: We prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flows, which are delivered by the 15th of each month.

  • Payroll Form Preparation and Filing: We prepare and file quarterly payroll forms to ensure compliance with tax regulations.

  • 1099 Processing: We process 1099 forms for your contractors; additional fees apply.

  • Transaction Management: This includes entering bank and credit card transactions, payroll journal entries, bill processing, invoice filing, account reconciliations, and ensuring class codes and job names are accurately assigned to all transactions.
